Rats in the attic?? Didn’t know that was a thing. I suspected something had crawled up into my soffit and made itself comfortable. Called up Truly Nolen after checking in with my regular best control company that was trying to charge me a small fortune to take care of the issue. Truly Nolen came out the next day, completed a free inspection. Bill was the inspector and he was very pleasant and gave me a quick estimate that was reasonable for my needs. Ray came out two days later and worked on my house to keep any more rats 🤮 from coming in, he set some traps in the attic and he was very kind and professional. He was also very careful not to damage anything in my home when he had to access my second floor attic with his big ladder to set some traps. So far I am pleased with the services provided from this company.

Ray did a thorough job on my Complete Termite Protection Treatment. He was knowledgeable and walked me through his process as he was completing it. Swann is also an expert and was very helpful in diagnosing my pest issue and coordinating the treatment. I would recommend Truly Nolen, Swann and Ray to others.

Burt was very detailed in his home inspection, took detailed photos and notes and let me know the best option for my rodent infestions. He was very respectful and not a pushy salesman. Jeck and David, who installed the traps and closed off entry areas, were very informative, friendly, and patient. Explained everything in detail what they were going to do, showed me areas, gave me the reasoning for it, and recapped what they did when finished. I felt safe as a woman home with my toddler around all three gentlemen. Thank you for your kindness!

Found Truly Nolen on a recommendation, and it’s been a very smooth process signing on. Herbie came to our house, took a look around and got right to work, explaining his process and how it all worked. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to listen and help any way he can. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Herbie and Jimmy from Truly Nolen were amazing! They were extremely helpful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our bug issue and gave me practical tips on what I can do myself to help keep things under control. Their honesty and guidance made the whole situation so much easier. I really appreciate their patience and expertise—Truly Nolen is lucky to have them! Highly recommend!
