Jason and his team are outstanding. What I love about TSI most is that they get me and my persistent lack of IT skills. I can call TSI with issues that seem to me to be insurmountable, and presto, TSI gets me dialed back in. The core values of TSI comes through each time I speak with the TSI team, regardless of who it is. Jason has set the bar high and his TSI team shines through. Thanks for the outstanding support!

Our Firm uses Tsi phones. We reached out for new power supplies & some assistance in changing the names on the phone templates. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was quick, efficient, & incredibly helpful. It's rare to find a company that responds so promptly & resolves issues with such ease. The team was knowledgeable & patient, guiding me through each step of the process. If you're looking for a reliable IT company specializing in phones with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend them. Thank you!
