I have gotten two laptops from here over the last 5-6 years and just got my mousepad for my
The All in One ThinkCentre I purchased is perfect! Service is top notch. My reverbished unit was setup perfectly. Thank you so much. I've been a customer for 20 plus years. Best ever. Just great!
This is the greatest store! All the employees really know what they are doing and go above and beyond to be helpful. I thought I needed a new computer for my job since the one I had didn't have enough room for Windows 11. James told me I could just upgrade instead, using my same computer (which I bought from them 3 years ago). All my programs and passwords stayed the same, I was done in under an hour AND saved a lot of $$. New, used, repairs -- they do it all!
To the owner: Colorado Springs Colorado, Austin Bluffs location You see 2 stars, a star for James, a star for Lance, negative 3 stars for the "store manager." So I took in my gaming PC. Pretty expensive set up. I9-13900k, rtx 4080 gpu, icue h150i aio with an additional 7 fans, Z790 Rog maximus hero mobo, Lian Li lancool 3 case. I was bringing it in to have everything upgraded, including 4tb m.2 ssd a nd a 2tb m.2 ssd. Everything was to be upgraded except the gpu, psu and case. I bought all the parts, made an appointment and brought it in 8/25/25. All in total, this is a $5k plus rig. And I had specifics and questions: fan intakes and exhausts, m.2 ssd slot placements, etc. When you're putting this much into rig, that's to be expected. I have never been to PC Brokers before. So knowing who im dealing with is very critical. Trust is not an option walking through the door. Trust is earned, not just given. Going into a place to have work done for the first time, its an opportunity for the business to earn that that trust, a possible return return customer and someone who will refer others to that business. All of this is balances some on price, but the majority of a customers response is based upon how the staff make them feel, from initial contact to completed transaction. I dont care what the price is, personally, how you treat me and behave around your coworkers says a whole lot about you and will dictate my return and referral, an PC Brokers is not so big that customer business just doesn't matter anymore. But apparently the "store manager" believes it is. The length of time a business has been in business means nothing. (Best Buy has been in businees for a long time and their employees couldnt tell you the difference between Gen 4 and Gen 5 RAM). Making that a mantra does not build trust. What does build trust is the feeling that the employees having posession of your property care as much about your possession as you do. I needed to write that to lead you into thither following, so you can understand the "store manager." Which loves to gloat about being the "store manager" and that they have been there for 35 years. But has no customer service ability, and I mean - none. This, store manager told me, when I was talking to the check in clerk, that I seem to not trust them and if that's the case then perhaps I need to go elsewhere. (verbatim) Does PC brokers make soo much money that they can afford to tell potential customers to go elsewhere? No, I dont trust you, this is your opportunity to show me you can be trusted with my 5 grand PC. So if I want to make sure everything I would like done by the tech is clearly understood by the tech, then the job of that manager is to encourage trust, not tell the customer, put your stuff on the table and shut up. ( which he didnt say but was clearly inplied) We've been here for 35 years, I know this is important to you but we do this every day. (which he did say) (Like I care that you do this every day). This manager needs a lesson in customer service. He had all the personal relation of a skunk with hemorrhoids and should be demoted. James, I met. Very personable, kind, made me feel welcome. Lance, the tech who worked on my PC. Great tech, knows his stuff. I will end with these statements. I have another PC that needs upgraded. I have a lot of gamer friends who work 40 hour a week jobs, and like me, just dont have time to build. I would not put any of my friends through having to deal with the "store manager." Owner, you can see my name on this review. My number is on file at your store in Colorado Sorings, Colorado. Call me any time and please do something about your "store manager's entitled, pissy looking attitude and you may get my business again. If you have doubts, watch your cameras. 9:00 AM 8/25/2025
Last week I went in looking for some help with my computer case. Everyone there was super helpful, It only took a few minutes to solve my problem. I got my older but still functional computer turned into my first gaming computer. I have a lot to learn but they are now on my list of "go-to's" when I need help. Thanks again!
