Came in for my first time today and had a wonderful experience with Randy. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly but took time to explain a few things to me when I asked. Very impressed with the customer service here and I will be coming to Mikes for all of my camera and printing needs hence forth. 5 star service and fair prices! Can’t beat that!

We came in to the store looking for a used beginner camera. Randy spent at least an hour explaining the basics and pros and cons of the cameras available in our budget. He was kind amd funny and had excellent analogies to help us better understand what he was talking about. He never once rushed or pushed us into a camera. He answered every question with kindness and validation. We never once felt shamed for being completely new to all things camera. Truly an incredible experience and we throughly enjoyed our time spent with Randy. Next time we need anything, we will definitely be back and asking for you, Randy! ❤️

I am usually someone that can be serious and use caution with strangers. But Wyatt in your store totally won me over immediately. He had me laughing. He helped me out with my very old slide (from the 80’s) that I wanted to see if it could be printed. He said YES! I’m so happy. He is awesome. Very valuable to the store. Good job!

I also enjoyed John’s frank and honest answers to my buying questions regarding price and quality and function for the macro lens I came home with.
