Could not recommend higher. Wonderful customer service, exceptional care taken with craft and a personalised touch every step of the way and even accommodated my poor scheduled and stay open to allow me to get the ring early to surprise my fiance. I can see why many business’ and people have recommended this jewellery, it was a welcoming experiencing from start to finish through the process of re sizing my partners engagement ring. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands and future jewellery that’s for sure. If there is anything jewellery related you need, look no further, this experience was head and shoulders above above other business’.

Not thr greatest customer service experience. Standing here right now waiting to he served.. the only person in the store. The two people working are behind the counter talking and haven't even acknowledged im here. Just wanted to grab a ring that > had already picked.. but waiting just drove me away.

I came here with a piece that isn’t worth a lot but is very sentimental and quite old. The attachment was coming loose and it kept braking off the necklace chain but I dropped it in and it was not only fixed but improved so that it’s a lot more sturdy and I won’t lose the pendant again! Incredibly happy and it was done quickly. Amazing service would recommend, I also bought a beautiful silver ring. Thanks so much!

Dropped off watch for repairs, didn't meet or see jeweler, probably busy out back, but must say lady at counter accepting repairs etc, needs to smarten up on Customer service skills, she seemed very abrupt, didn't make for a good interaction. This feeling was confirmed by a other person, I spoke to about this at the Park ctre, and she stated she hadn't experienced it, but other people had made the same Complaint.

Friendly jeweller, 20 minute service to fix a broken link on my watch, just walked in and job done quickly, and for a low cost. Very happy, will be back if I need repairs in future.
