We recently hosted a corporate-style Holiday Cocktail Party at 50 Sussex, and it was absolutely fantastic! The venue is a stunning, bright and elegant building overlooking the Ottawa River, which was the perfect backdrop for our event. From start to finish, communication was prompt and professional. We worked with Carolyn from their sales team, and she was incredible—responsive, helpful, and made planning effortless. The staff onsite (Ashley) went above and beyond to accommodate every detail, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that truly impressed our guests. The cost for such an impressive space was unbeatable after looking at similar level venues, and the food from Tulips and Maple was outstanding—seasonal, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our attendees are still commenting about the quality and presentation! This combination of a gorgeous location, exceptional service, and top-notch catering made our event unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations!

We had the pleasure of working with Tulips & Maple for a recent client event, and their team truly went above and beyond. From the initial coordination to on-site execution, everything was seamless. They were perfectly on time for both deliveries and pickups, and their ability to quickly pivot to accommodate last-minute changes was greatly appreciated. The breakfast offerings were exceptional — beautifully presented, fresh, and thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees. We hosted a backyard event of around 25 people and Tulips & Maple were great! The communication leading up to the event with the coordinator Heather was clear, understanding, and supportive. Onsite, the team was professional and on the ball: Steve helped with the setup, and then Cole and Raj did a great job serving our event. Communication was friendly, clear, and easy, as well as thoughtful in terms of finding the right moment to check in on questions or next steps. The food was delicious, fresh, and very nicely displayed. Thank you for the great experience!

Tulips and Maple catered my wedding this past weekend. Everything was phenomenal from start to finish. Coordinating details with Heather was effortless--she was incredibly organized, friendly, and responsive. It was also so great that we were able to go to an Open House event to do a tasting before finalizing the menu. On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly I hadn't even noticed they had arrived. When it was time to go into the dining hall for dinner, the tables were set, the wine was ready to be served, and all of the glassware that they provided was beautiful. The waitstaff were so so friendly and they made their job seem effortless. The food was phenomenal and was served very quickly and efficiently. I recieved so much positive feedback from the guests that they loved the food. I had made the mistake of forgetting to provide steak knives for the steak (it was my choice to provide the cutlery for the dinner). The steak was so exceptional that guests were able to cut it with regular dinner knives no problem. Likewise with their arrival, I didn't even notice the cleanup and them leaving. I was able to just sit back and enjoy everything. I would use this company again in a heart beat!!!

We had Tulips & Maple cater our wedding. Heather, our coordinator and main point of contact, was fantastic for the entire planning process. She made everything incredibly easy and stress-free and helped us really create the menu we wanted. Then on the day of the wedding the team provided great service throughout, accommodating all of our last-minute scheduling changes and all the quirks of a wedding reception. The food and service were both excellent and all of our guests left happy!
