I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve come here, but I have never once been disappointed by a drink. The boba are always cooked perfectly. There are tons of options on the menu and plenty of rotating specials worth trying. What sets this place apart though is the kindness of the owner who will always go above and beyond. Love love love this place and will be a loyal customer

I live right around the corner from Tulip’s and every time I go it’s amazing. The ube latte, rose lychee tea with jelly, and the thai milk tea are my favorites to rotate through. I’ve tried some of the pastries as well and those are also great. The store itself is cute with all the little knick knacks and decorations. The best part is the service, the owner greats every guest and never stops smiling. She is the sweetest and always gets the door for me when I leave with more than one drink. This is my go to sweet treat spot, I feel so lucky to live nearby!

wanted to try out tulip’s tea on tuesday for a while from both hearsay on tiktok and from google reviews — glad to say that they did not disappoint! tulip; the owner is so incredibly sweet and so friendly! she helped me to pick the right choice for my matcha which was the strawberry matcha latte w/ strawberry popping boba and light cheese cold foam. i love how she also makes her strawberry jam puree herself. super good and filling! the matcha itself is pretty good, very similar to gathers tea bar which is one of my favorite places for matcha. tulip’s tea would be second! her storefront is so cute and i absolutely loved the handmade jewelry she sells too. honestly want to go back to get a pair!

I absolutely love Tulip's, the drink menu has a lot of variety without being overwhelming and everything I have had here is absolutely delicious. The earl grey matcha is possibly my favorite. Tulip herself is also incredibly kind and welcoming! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Came to this place by chance. Ended up absolutely freakin’ loving everything about it. I couldn’t choose between a drink and soft serve on a hot day, so I got both. Got the Matcha and Thai tea soft serve, black sesame matcha latte, and ube latte with boba. Everything was tasty. The place was also very clean, and the two ladies behind the counter were super helpful and friendly. Will def be back when I’m in the area again.
