Janet and Victor are both extremely knowledgable, encouraging and effective teachers, I feel so grateful to have found them and their teachings. They guide you through poses in a way that focuses on you and your body’s comfort, building your confidence to challenge yourself just a little more each time. I used to think of yoga as something I *should* do, but now I look forward to class! They offer varied yoga teachings, Ayurveda, mediation, sound baths, yoga teacher training, reiki, online, in person - just really a great resource to the community - try them out!
