We couldn’t be happier with our experience. From day one, James was patient, calm, and incredibly professional. We had a great experience with Turn by Turn Driving for our teen’s driving class and in-car lessons. James Lewis was professional, reliable, and always communicated clearly. He provided flexible scheduling options, was on time, and gave plenty of notice for any changes. We also appreciated the helpful reminders about class times and in-car sessions. During the lessons, he was patient and calm, which made our teenager feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I would highly recommend this private driving school to any family looking for a quality, stress-free learning experience.

I’m beyond frustrated. I just paid over $500 for my daughter to take private lessons with this company. Before paying, I tried to check the schedule, but their system says availability will only be shown after selecting and paying for the service. After doing exactly that, I discovered they only offer private lessons on Fridays—which are already booked for months! That feels very misleading. Why not display availability beforehand so customers can make an informed decision? Now I’m stuck waiting indefinitely, and to make matters worse, the contract they require makes it nearly impossible to request a refund. They also never answer the phone, and their voicemail is always full. I truly regret signing up, and my daughter hasn’t even had her first lesson yet.
