I don’t even like bowling. 😆 I went for a friends birthday. Almost cried. 10/10 bowling overall though so five stars for that. Plenty of extra games and shoe/ball sizes to choose from. 0/10 for food mishap. Tell me if I am being unreasonable? They don’t do substitutions for simple food orders and can’t ring it up? Fix that please. It was a very awkward conversation to try and pay for nachos and just have them put fries instead of chips….its more money I offered to pay even more and they wouldn’t do that? Older lady acted like it was an impossible ask…kind of condescending….idk. I just wanted cheese fries while PMSing. 😕

Our experience here was terrible. We went there with our youth hockey team and we called before we went and they said they have limited lanes (They failed to tell us all lanes were reserved or that they had a waitl list of people or we could have went somewhere else to bowl). So we drove down there and we went and requested two lanes. They said we just had two lanes open up. We paid for three people. Other people came in and said they were on a waitlist. Then they told us we couldn't have the lanes. While we were trying to decide what to do, a group came in with reservations for 6 lanes and said they only needed 4. So the guy said we could have them. We all paid and, got shoes, and started our games of bowling. About 15 minutes into it the guy at the front desk came over and said we had to leave because there were actually people on the waitlist and he didn't know that so they needed to give the lanes to those people and they needed to refund our money while we were in the middle of the game. They need to get organized and figure out a better system for reserving lanes. By they time this all happened, it was too late to drive and addional 20 minutes to go to another bowling alley. The whole process was absolutely awful. I was able to talk to the manager in the phone, but he basically said there was nothing he could do, he was sorry, but we had to get off the lanes. Thank you for ruining our kids last night in Nashville and the only night they had free from hockey to do something as a team.
