I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel like I need to share this with parents so they are prepared when they walk in. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter to do ACT prep, the first thing I asked was about prices. I was told that they do payment plans and I told them my price range and they said they can work with that. I explained what we were looking for, and it seemed like everything fit I explained also that we’re not rich, but I wanna give my daughter the most opportunities I possibly can and I’m really happy. They have a payment plan that works for Me. I asked for the details of the payment plan and everything and entails and got all the information or at least I thought I did I came in that Saturday in person to have my daughter do the ACT prep test asked more questions because we had a Follow Up meeting to get her signed up. I reiterated the payment plan again and they said yes that is the price for the hours. I am looking for and that they are happy that we are there and to work with us. I asked every single question and they said that they will work with me and I pay when I come in next. When I came in for the meeting with my daughter, we went over the ACT scores as they hyped up the program on how amazing it is and I don’t doubt that. They got my daughter really excited talked about all the goals and what they can do. My daughter and me were both really excited about this. And then I pulled out my debit card. I’m like OK I can go ahead and pay the price. You guys said that would be the monthly fee for the allotted hours. I was told over the phone and again in person when we were here She pulled out the sheet and it was not what they told me on the phone and it was not what was online. The price was in the thousands unless we got in on approved credit which they did not warn me about. I asked them why they did not tell me on the phone at this price is only on approved credit. The lady apologize and I told her I was even here in person and asked about it and the front desk lady did not tell me either. She apologized again and said someone should’ve told me that it was unapproved credit only. If you don’t get it on approved credit, the price is in on the thousands. And then I explained to her I don’t have the best credit and I would not get approved and to add further embarrassment to me and my daughter. She asked if I had any family members that had better credit than me which was really embarrassing and I told her unfortunately I don’t. I did ask if they could honor the payment plan that I was told. Because unfortunately, I would not get approved for their plan because they did not tell me it was based off of the credit score. If they would’ve told me, I wouldn’t even bothered looking into this place and asked multiple times they were not transparent. So after getting me and my daughter, excited we would left with disappointment because they could not work with me on the payment plan that they told me they could multiple times. The lack of transparency and the lies is not OK. To get a child excited about helping them with their studying and tutoring and getting in the college to be told unless you’re rich with thousands of dollars or have amazing credit we can’t help you. Which is fine, but I should’ve been told this on the Phone. I feel like the Tutoring Club does not give you transparency they give you lights and all this fancy stuff to get you locked in and then took you into paying thousands of dollars I really would love parents to know this ahead of time so they don’t get their kids hopes up like I did. There are other places who don’t do this by the way. Luckily, I found multiple other places who do do payment plans? That’s not on approved credit only. Which is fine if they do it that way, but it should’ve been transparent after I asked multiple times about the payment plan. I should’ve been told this being a younger parent, this was not fair to me on my child. I hope the Tutoring Club does better with being transparent in the future.

We appreciate all they did for our child and helping him grow. They made him feel very comfortable while he was enrolled and helped him progress successfully. We can’t thank them enough!

Tutoring Club has helped 2 of my kids excel in their classes. I like that they can help them with basic or advanced skills and they keep track of how the kids are progressing with assessments and adjust their lessons as needed. They also check in on the kids grades and missing assignments at school and help keep them caught up that way as well. Our kids focus mostly on math, but Tutoring Club will help with any subject as needed.

I had my grandson joined there last year he's every subject behind thanks for every teacher there super . Tutoring club has been amazing for our son. Since he’s been going here we have personally seen improvements for him and he enjoys going which is a major plus. Jenica is always so kind and helpful and my son loves her. We highly recommend this place.
