My last review wasn’t good because I was disappointed that my nails started chipping and polish was coming off. But Elaine got in touch with me and Brian the owner wanted to make it right, which he absolutely did. I was pretty disappointed because nails are not cheap and Brian personally did my nails and wanted to make sure I was happy with them. He did not charge me which I greatly appreciated, however I still gave a tip. I am very happy with my new set and he did exactly what I wanted. He held no animosity over my review, he was very kind and made sure that I walked out happy with my nails, simple and elegant. Thank you so much Brian!

Nina gave me a PERFECT Gel mani! 🏆 Shape, coverage, thickness, and cute hand drawn plaid design. 💅🏻❤️ She is quick, skilled, knowledgeable, incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. And PERFECT pedicure by Lena: such a perfectionist, wonderful peaceful kind energy, very gentle hands, and gives great leg massage. 💐❤️ Huge variety of colors. They are great at fixing nail cracks or breaks. Prices are excellent value I was really surprised. Parking not bad! Everybody is warm, cheerful, kind, collaborative, and so professional. I love the cheerful positive vibe here! This is my 5th visit in 2 months! I've lived in this area for years and have been searching for a nail salon that I can call home and come to for everything and I finally found it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a string of bad luck with dip manicures i finally stumbled on Twinkle Nails - the woman who called to confirm my appt recommended Hannah for dip. Hannah did an incredible job - detail oriented but efficient, the best manicure I’ve gotten in over a year! I also got a pedicure and the woman did a great job although i did not catch her name. I paid $95 total pre tip which i felt was fair.

Today was my first time at Twinkle. I arrived with no appointment. Walked in met Elaine (her nails were amazing filled with summer colors 3D nail art work) she was so kind informative and helpful. I only had to wait ten minutes before I was in a spa chair decided to do a mani pedi combo with Tony and Nina. They were the cutest sweetest pair of talented Nail Techs EVER. I will definitely be back. I told Nina about my bee nickname and she put bees on my nails and Tony did the 3D flower 😍🐝❤️ Thanks to the 3 of you for a great experience.

I try to not write negative reviews ever because I, too work customer service, but this is the first and last time I will be coming here. The front desk woman was super friendly and helpful, but I got my nails done by an older gentleman and had a less than ideal experience. While he was friendly enough, the dip manicure was sloppy and painful. He ground my nails down very far and haphazardly did the dip, that kind of went everywhere. The whole service was uncomfortable and lasted over an hour and when he was almost complete he used the cuticle trimmer and painful filing to take off any color adhered to my skin. The nails don’t look great in the end either. Bummer!
