Had my back bumper destroyed by a tow truck last August. The Benz dealership referred me to Twins Collision and they installed a new bumper and painted it. They did such a great job. The car looked better than when I gave it to them. Fast forward to today, I had a noticable scuff on my front bumper and decided to reach out to them for an estimate. I spoke to Lucy and she looked my car up in their system and saw I had been there before. Lucy was very professional and requested pictures of my vehicle to see how much it would cost. When she saw it she realized a buff may very well be all I need. I came in and she had one of the owners, Richie take a look at my car. Richie explained to me he could buff the scuff out and make it where you would barely see it anymore. It took less than 20mins and the car looks great now. Richie explained to me they don't typically handle these type of damages unless the entire part needs to be replaced. He gave me the information for a place that handles detailing down the road and did not charge me for his time and services. In my opinion the people that work here are about building relationships with their customers and potential customers. I hope I don't smash my Benz up, but if I do I will bring my car to Twins Collision. I added pictures of my bumper before and after from 8/25 and the front bumper scuff and buff after pictures as well. Thanks again!!!

Absolutely superb! I couldn't be happier with the repair work to my (brand new!) accident damaged car. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and treated with complete professionalism by everyone I spoke to. Everything happened exactly as Lucy said it would, from the estimate arriving, to the car being ready exactly on time. The repair work is excellent and I have every confidence it is back to factory quality! This was an insurance job, but the prices quoted are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Twins Collision at any time, they totally deserve the stellar reputation they have earned. One of those businesses that takes great pride in their work and customer interactions! Wish I could give 10 STARS!!

I could not be more satisfied with the work Twins Collisions did on my vehicle. Their work is impecable, very clean and not even carefully looking for imperfections, I could find a detail. It looks as the brand new car it is. I was awe with the great communication with me as customer. They kept me posted on the progress of the repair with text messages and photos. Richard, one of the twin owners is very friendly, honest and professional. Lucy, at the front desk is the nicest person I have ever encountered in the industry, very knowledgeable, conscious, and mindful. She will help you with the insurance questions, communicating with the team and making arrangements to simplify the process for you. You can tell they really value us as customers, really care for your time and are proud of the great work they do. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family members.

Twins Collision absolutely crushed it (in the best way possible)! Lucy was awesome—super professional, patient, and explained everything so clearly you'd think she wrote the manual. The repair was flawless—honestly, you'd never know it had been in an accident. It looked just as good as the day I drove it off the lot. As a car guy, I don’t hand out compliments easily, but this service was top-tier. If your car’s having a rough day, take it to Twins. They'll fix it up like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend!

Twins Collision did an amazing job on my car! The staff was professional and walked me through the process and expectations, the repair was flawless, and the turnaround time was faster than expected. As a car guy I don’t say this lightly the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!
