Juan and his team are 5 stars for the amazing and personal service they provide ON TOP of the highest quality work you would expect from them as experts in the auto body and collision field. They repaired and repainted my front hood after a minor collision, paint matching my 2012 IS F perfectly. I went back again for a window repair and Juan did it complimentary. I was floored. My overall experience with Gotham City was amazing. The entire team was helpful throughout the whole process. Giovanni (manager) made sure the job got done in a timely manner and the work done would be nothing but the best. The customer service was exceptional. Val and Eddie always answered any questions I had when I called and kept me up to date. I would recommend Gotham City to everyone. The service was top tier and my car looks brand new!

Im very satisfied with the customer service and the attention to detail of this body shop. I was devastated when my car sustained damage from an accident, and they were able to make it brand new again! They also did a fantastic job painting and installing a spoiler for my car. If I'm ever in an accident or want more modifications to be installed, I know where im heading to.
