I brought my Ford Transit in today (3/23/2026) for a simple oil change and paid $98 like an idiot. The boss literally walked over to the mechanic and barked, “Just open the bolt, drain it, and fill it — nothing else!” When the mechanic tried to actually do his job and check the air filter or look at the brakes like any normal shop would, the boss got aggressive and yelled at him right in front of me. They refused to check anything — no air filter, no brakes, no nothing. Then they had the nerve to push “cash only” even though I paid by card. Total lazy, half-assed “service” that was basically just draining and filling so they could take my money. This place is a scam operation run by a rude, cheap boss who doesn’t let his own mechanic do real work. Save your time, your money, and your car — DO NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else in Queens. Worst auto shop experience I’ve ever had…………they want only and only cash ….
