Stopped in for a quick birthday lunch and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The food (Braised Beef Stroganoff and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich) was exceptionally hot and so refreshingly different than most options available in El Paso. Talk about fresh! The food was on point. Emily was stellar, answering all our questions, describing the brilliant no-tipping concept, and being so generous to help in my small birthday celebration; the dessert gesture was very kind. I will let everyone know of this superb restaurant and will be back in no time to try those new Winter Specials. Keep up the wonderful work.

Let me start out by saying it was not what I expected. Was expecting another village inn, Dennys type restaurant. The place is small. But the service is fantastic and the food is good. They have an Asian, mexican and something else fusion going on. To our surprise there isnt a tipping screen when you pay. The servers actually get paid by the restaurant! I was like omg 😲 You obviously have the option to leave a cash tip if you like. But man that is so refreshing to see and experience. I would come here again.

My husband and I visited this evening for his birthday. The service and atmosphere was quiet and cozy. Our server Alicia was phenomenal, the staff absolutely know how to cater to their guests. We started with the roasted tomato crostini’s (similar to bruschetta) excellent. They are currently serving a fall menu with several extra menu items. I opted for a bowl of their butternut squash soup, which has a hint of cumin - it’s a thicker soup, Devine, Lucious and savory. Our main course was the New York strip, with Gouda Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. - first off the steak was cook perfectly, seasoned to perfection with flavors of mesquite, cracked pepper, salt and garlic. The Mac and cheese always seasoned well, not soupy, flour based or cheap, and the mashed potatoes buttery flavorful and exquisite. I hade the green chili Alfredo with chicken and side of shrimp. Shrimp cooked perfectly! Chicken could have been a min less but let me tell you that green chili Alfredo was amazing. Not chunks of green chili but completely incorporated into the Alfredo. Best I’ve had, that I haven’t made myself. Everything we had was very well seasoned and we will be back!

We had a great lunch here. There was a live DJ and the music was really loud. I know this is a thing now and some people don't mind but I don't like yelling at the people at my table. This was a small inconvenience for the delicious food we had. Alisha our server was very attentive and pleasant. Chorizo potstickers to start, then stuffed chicken with duchess potatoes and veggies super flavorful, lots of garlic which I love, and the (best)flat iron steak with gouda Mac and duchess potatoes. Also green chile Alfredo yummm.

The reason I came across Twisted Fork and wanted to go was the fact that they paid their workers well enough that we didn't have to tip. It reminded me of being in so many other countries where I didn't have to tip, which I miss and believe should be adopted in our country too. Their prices are a bit higher for their items, but the menu items are unique. I love to try out fusion restaurants to see what they can do with foods from different cultures. We had the chorizo potstickers, braised beef sandwich, and marsala basil cream penne. The braised beef sandwich was good albeit a bit dry. The marsala basil cream penne, I mistook when I first read it for 'masala', so I was expected a fusion of Indian and Italian but it was just a normal Italian marsala pasta. My favorite were the chorizo potstickers. I loved the unique flavors it produced in a usually Asian dish. I would like to try a lot of the other dishes they offer next time I visit. The reason I put the the rating for the atmosphere so low was because the day we went, there was vomit remains outside in the parking lot of the restaurant (which is not the restaurant's fault, but still not fun seeing before walking into a restaurant). The actual interior and ambiance of the restaurant itself was fine.
