This is a grab and go place, the pastries were just okay but bread is awesome. But here’s the qualm: you sell out every single day within 2 hours. That’s not “we’re so busy, we’re new figuring out our demand”. The store has been around for years. Why can’t you keep up with 4 hours of walk in demand in such a sleepy small town? My parents ran a French bakery growing up, I understand it’s not easy, but this is coming down to a lack of planning and poor management. Close earlier, or have some kind of sold out announcement on your social media. Please do SOMETHING, ANYTHING about the hundreds of people complaining about your inventory issue if making enough food isn’t an option. It feels like the owners here don’t care about how much time I’ve spent driving out there just to be met with an empty case (over a dozen times by now) EDIT* response to owners. You open at 7:30, so your advice is to arrive within 90 minutes of you being open or expect a sold out case? Ok. I’ve found a much better, more customer service oriented French bakery in north east Edmond which also happens to have exponentially better pastries. I will not be back, best of luck.

Who knew that in the charming downtown area of Edmond Oklahoma was an inspired bread and bakery store producing world class pastries cookies and other delectable items?! Whenever I'm driving through the area I always stop and pick up cookies for my customers and deliver them to very appreciative clients. The Sour Cream Chocolate Chunk cookies are to live for!
