Had Two maids come for a move out cleaning and they did an absolutely amazing job, place looks ready for a new resident to move in ASAP! So happy to have selected this team to take care of this. Extremely punctual and efficient, got stains out that we have been fighting for over a year. Will be enlisting the team to help with a more regular clean at our new place. Booking was easy and quick we were able to get our preferred date with no issues and got frequent email and text updates confirming the appointment.

Paid for the Move in/out service was quoted 259$ I don’t really mind how expensive the service is as long as they do a great job. But was disappointed when I came to check they still miss few spots like they were in a rush. See pics for yourself. They also advertise that they would get in contact with the property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive our full security deposit, but clearly I don’t think they did. Apartment was still cleaned and smelled good but for the price they ask for I would not recommend them and look somewhere else. ** Before I posted here on google I made sure to directly tell them my concerns first. They said they would call but they did not. I’m not sure they care that much with their client satisfaction as long they’re already paid**

Very frustrating experience overall. I've used two maids and a mop a grand total of 3 visits. The first visit I ordered a deep clean service. Itn was amazing. Everything that needed to be done was done. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and it was spotless when I came back home. I was like great. I have found the perfect service. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. The second service was disappointing. I ordered a design with time as I noticed they performed the deep clean within 1 hour. I explicitly asked if they could make folding my clothes a priority. They failed to do it at all but the other services they provided was acceptable (not as good as the first time but it was OK) The third visit was atrocious. I ordered a deep clean again to ensure that they would take their time and clean up everything. I also explicitly asked them to perform several services and to make it a priority (clean the bathroom, fold the clothes etc). I paid over 200 dollars for this service. The pictures below was after the service. I will let them speak for itself. If you're looking for a subpar cleaning service this is the place for you. If you're looking for something great find another company
