Horrible service and scammers!! Charged my auntie 2500$! To take half of her apartment down to a storage 15 minutes away. Was going to charge her another 2500$ the next day!! I flew out to Chicago from Colorado and loaded her up in a 20ft Uhaul for 1700$ and moved her whole apartment in 2 days cross country back to Colorado. With having to unload the badly packed storage unit they got for her. Also they sent 3 guys and 2 were helping push a cart down to hall and wait together on the elevator. Trying to charge while the 1st one was talking. No wonder why it take them over 8hrs estimate to move a small apartment. My auntie's was a penthouse. Also they took lunch while still charging her time.

I used Two Men and a Truck in Boston and service was great then. Thought to try them out again here in Chicago. Service was excellent. They had plenty of availability for move dates, booking was fast and efficient and simple. Appreciate the calls to ensure the move was set up, going well during and even after. Shout out to Parker E and Tyler C! They were on top of it. Professional, efficient and speedy with the move itself. Appreciated the extra care with handling things and placing them in rooms and amicable service. The move couldn’t have gone smoother without them. Appreciate your services and will be using you again in the future.

Nick helped me plan, estimate, and execute a two pickup interstate move with an incredible amount of patience, accommodation, and efficiency. I live in NC so he had to take care of a large amount of paperwork, contacts, and tricky timing to pick up two loads from locations unfamiliar to me from people I had never met in IL and WI. I initially contacted him at 2pm on Friday and the full move was completely finished by 2pm Saturday without a single incident. All documentation and payments were handled smoothly via phone and email and all questions, requests and last minute changes were accommodated to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Chicago's Two Men and a Truck for anyone who requires fast, efficient, and fair moving services.

Our three movers (John, Jacob & David) were excellent. Courteous, conscientious and neat. They encountered an elevator glitch in the move out location and the guys handled it without a problem. Sean was also very helpful in planning and scheduling (and many reschedules). I highly recommend Two Men.

The men who showed up to my home were nice and it seemed as if they were doing a good job. I didn't supervise every minute and I should have. They were asked to wrap all of the furniture in blankets or shrink wrap, they didn't. My bed, which had a fabric covered headboard had dents and scratches in it (it's ruined). My bookcases (see pictures) were also totally ruined. Many of the frames on my hanging art and pictures were damaged -- either the frames were scratched because they weren't wrapped or the frames just separated from the glass. My couch and couch cushions were not wrapped and one pillow stained. And, to make matters worse, when I called to report this DURING BUSINESS HOURS, I had to leave a message and never received a return call. Use at your own risk.
