The 2 stars is for the front desk staff. On 1/23 at 8:50 am I was with my elderly mom and mother-in-law and we arrived early. The front desk staff confirmed the spa package and NEVER offered us the locker facilities. We sat there waiting and at our schedule time we were taken back to our rooms. I had to ask my esthetician about the lockers. She graciously helped us but we all lost part of our treatment times. Very disappointed. The staff for the massages and facials were amazing!

My experience here was kind of disappointing. The atmosphere is very welcoming at first and the view from the pedicure seats is very nice. I made my appointment over the phone and told them exactly what I wanted; a deluxe pedicure and a basic manicure both without gel polish. When I arrived I was treated well by the front desk staff. Sat down to wait and the nail tech came to get me. She wasn't particularly friendly but I wouldn't say she was rude. Just seemed very uninterested. The pedicure was nice but she was more interested in the clients next to me and their conversation with their respective techs. She seemed to have trouble finding anything to say to me and hardly made eye contact. But again the pedicure was nice. The manicure was where I had my issue. While it was okay, which was expected because it was the lowest choice, she asked me for a choice of paraffin or something else (can't remember what it was) I told her I was only getting the basic service and didn't think that was included. She said it was, so I chose paraffin. This woman hardly looked at me. I felt really uncomfortable and like I was a bother to her. Again, not rude, just indifferent. When my services were finished I went up front to pay and left a $40 tip for what I thought was about an $85-90 experience. I was charged $136 for these and didn't even have gel polish. That was not what I was quoted over the phone. I am easily embarrassed and don't challenge people in public so didn't say anything but I really feel like I was taken advantage of. I tried something a little more expensive because I've been dealing with extreme stress lately and frankly this experience just added to it. I'd heard such great things and it ended up being a letdown. After observing everything while I was sitting there I came to the conclusion that if you're young, beautiful or wealthy you get great treatment. If you're none of those things, probably best to go somewhere else.

I love my pedicures with Brian. He is tender, efficient and one of the best there. I have had pedicures with others there and they are rough and some have cut my feet. If I am going to pay so much for a pedicure then Brian will be the only one, I will go to there. He also does a great massage on your feet I almost fall a sleep every time. Good job Brian.

The best self love, self investment to myself. Gorgeous ambiance. This week be my new tradition. I got waxed and had a wonderful actually pain free experience. Can't wait to book more! I'm coming back soon for a pedicure!

I love Two Rivers Salon and Day Spa! When you have long hair it's hard to trust anyone with THAT trim. Courtney is so sought after ...I'm thrilled she is my stylist. My hair looks so healthy. She always takes off just the right amount. Thank you sweet girl and Two Rivers. You offer our area a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Salon experience with the nicest staff.
