Overall we were really happy with the pack and move service. The guys were very professional and efficient, and everything made it to the new house in one piece. I think it would be helpful if the admin side of things was managed more by staff located in the office, so it is easier to stay in touch when the directors are out of the building (or country). That being said, we had a very stressful and last minute move and really appreciated Ashley and Ross helping us while they were traveling.

No hidden fees and being flexible down to earth approach. The moving team was fantastic and very proffesional. We really loved no problem attitude. We had a sense that we are in good hands from the beginning. Lads were amazing with our little boy and this made a move even somewhat enjoyable which we are extremely grateful for. We will be recommending you guys!

5 star service, would absolutely recommend the team. Apart from the initial discrepancy with the invoicing (apparently what was quoted initially was incorrect so I had to pay more on the day- which I didn't mind at all as I was going to give the guys a big tip anyway as I knew there was a lot) everything went smoothly. In fact, if I had more cash on me, I still would've given them extra as the two delivery guys that came were absolutely amazing. They did the most fantastic job and worked really hard to get everything to me. They delivered with great care, good spirits and were so friendly. They were an absolute delight and I would ask for them again if ever I needed your services. Please thanks them again for me and let them know that we appreciated all their hard work on the day. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone and if I ever move again (not too soon I hope!) I will be in touch.

We were really happy with the service that we received. Ashleigh was amazing and was really accommodating when our completion was delayed. The packing service and removal team were also extremely hard working and we appreciate all of their efforts. TXM were worth every penny as I couldn't have handled the move without their help- as I had zero free time to pack up, work full time and manage two young children.

A great experience from start to finish. Ross did the initial home visit and was super friendly and helpful with the quoting. Ashley then followed up very quickly after and answered some questions all clearly. Then the packing day came and the guys arrived bang on time and were really quick and efficient as well as polite. Then moving day the same again, van was loaded really quickly and they went above in helping by disconnecting the washing machine and re connecting the other end. Would highly recommend you guys and will certainly be getting in touch next time we move !
