I’ve been to Tyre4U twice now and both experiences have been excellent. The first time was a walk-in with a slow puncture. I was seen fairly quickly and the issue was resolved ASAP — within about 10 minutes. As a frontline worker (Health Visitor) who needs to drive to clients’ homes, being back on the road quickly is crucial for me, so this level of service really stood out. Because of that positive experience, I didn’t hesitate to return when I had another issue. The second time, on my way to a client’s house, my front right tyre completely burst. Matthew, the manager, is incredible warm, friendly, and very reassuring. Jack assisted me on this visit and was equally friendly and approachable. He resolved the flat tyre within 10 minutes, which meant I was able to continue my calls throughout the day without disruption. Tyre4U is fully equipped, in a prime location, and has a lovely reception area with a coffee machine — a nice touch while you wait (though you won’t be waiting long!). The staff are genuinely friendly and approachable, which makes a stressful situation so much easier. Huge thanks to Matthew, Jack, and the entire team. Highly recommend Tyre4U — I’ll definitely be back again.
