I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Tyroola. I purchased a set of tyres and opted for their "Super Fitter" (Btown Wheels & Tyres in Blacktown) based on Tyroola’s marketing of a "trusted," "hand-picked" professional network. During the fitting of my tyres, the "Super Fitter" damaged the factory paint on my Honda FD2R Championship White wheels. Despite Tyroola being the platform that facilitated this transaction, they have offered zero meaningful support in resolving the damage. The "Super Fitter" Reality: The shop in question has spent the last 6 weeks ghosting me, missing their own deadlines for repairs, and demonstrating a complete lack of technical knowledge regarding factory finishes (referring to Honda's NH0 paint as "cream"). Tyroola takes your money and promises a premium, vetted fitting experience, yet they clearly do not vet their "Super Fitters" for technical competence or customer service. When a partner damages a customer's property, Tyroola seems happy to wash their hands of it, leaving the consumer to chase a non-responsive workshop and lodge Fair Trading complaints. A "Super Fitter" badge should mean something. In this case, it meant my $1,800 wheels were devalued and I've been left with a 6-week headache. I will never buy from Tyroola again. I have been being getting my tyres from Tyroola for several years now. Their website is informative and easy to use. They make buying tyres a hassle free experience. The tyres are always in brand new condition and competitively priced. Their delivery and fitting costs are low and very convenient. I recommend Tyroola to all my friends and family.

I was pleased to be able to buy good quality Pirelli tyres from Tyroola and have them sent to the local fitter of my choice. Even paying the fitting fee, I managed to save over $200. I am a 63 year old woman and I had no trouble navigating the website and finding what I wanted. Definitely worth looking at Tyroola if you're in the market for tyres

The owner of the place has a bad attitude. I went to inquire about my order, which had already arrived at the shop, and the guy didn't want to answer. They did a shoddy job, leaving the tires dirty and with the stamps. Just because I didn't buy them from them, instead of offering me other services, their attitude was terrible. The tires are good. But I don't recommend the shop. They're not professional.

I’ve dealt with Tyroola for my car tyres Pirelli, and both times have been excellent. The and deals are hard to beat, and the quality of the tyres and dates are fresh. The support team is very helpful, even assisting me with arranging a order changes and deals of four tyres. April and the Tyroola support team more than amazing. I highly recommend Tyroola for anyone looking for the best value and great customer service..also saving headache of looking up tyres market.
