These guys are fantastic, extremely well-organized and communicative, AND they pick up the phone and provide conrete, material updates and answers to your questions whenever you need it - whoever they have manning their phones is phenomenal. The technician they sent over was fantastic - I forget his name, but it looks like it started with an F, according to my invoice...tall white dude with a Grill on his teeth and drives a Ford Maverick...funny, relatable dude who knocked my projects out quickly, providing consultation as to future maintenance and insight on other project-ideas I had for my home, and how his company could help with those, along with ballpark pricing. Lots of handyman conmpanies get a bad wrap for poor communication and ripping people off, and so it felt great to have found a company that did not leave me feeling like that at all, and to know that I can call them any time I need something done around my house - will absolutely be working with this company again...and soon!
