We moved from Palmer, AK to Nashville, TN. These guys were the cheapest option and they got our stuff to TN in 2 weeks! They quoted it wouldn’t get there for a month! They hold the containers for free until the quoted date which is nice too. 100% would use again. The containers were very spacious too. We were able to fit the equivalent of a 3 bedroom apartment in 2 containers with room to spare.

I used U-Pack to move my stuff from Nebraska to Alaska. I had a lot of stress about the process when I was planning my move, primarily about the logistics living in an apartment complex. But the whole process was smooth, and fast. The truck that drops off and picks up the relo-cube is a Semi-truck, there was space outside my complex for the truck to park, and then the fork lift delivered the container to the designated spot. Other than signing for the container, and a brief explanation of the features of the container there was no other interaction required from me. Pick up was just as quick. For me the truck came the day after I called. I was given a projected arrival date that was almost a month out, but I received a call two weeks later from Anchorage that my container had arrived, and wanted to schedule the drop off date. So don’t freak out if you are given a projected date more than two weeks. The one issue I had was having to get my bank to increase my daily limit to pay for the container. U-Pack did not contact me when the payment failed. Thankfully Inwas told in advance that if I don’t see the payment taken out within three days of pick up of the container to call the new number. I am very satisfied with the ease of pickup and drop off of the container, and speed of shipping of U-Pack.

We moved from Anchorage, Alaska to Grantsville, Utah. The shipping containers (Pods) Showed up on time, we loaded them, and they were pickup timely. We drove down the Alaska Highway, A week later the pods showed up at our new address. We offloaded them, they were pick up the next day. The customer service was excellent! The price was the best out of all movers! You will be very happy if you pick U-Pack for your moving needs!

This is the second time I’ve done an inter-state move with U-pack and I cannot express how great their service is. Their customer service is top notch, it’s always easy to get a hold of someone and they work with you to find a resolution to issues and follow up if need be. My housing in my new state fell through and they worked with their delivery partner to arrange for storage for a couple months and it really saved me so much hassle and stress. Thanks U-Pack!!

I had an excellent experience moving from Alaska to Portland using U-Pack. It was painless to schedule the pod delivery and pickup both in Alaska and Portland. The U-Pack truck was always on time and on top of their communication. Whenever I had questions, I was able to get a knowledge person on the phone within minutes. The pod was delivered on schedule without any complications. Highly recommend.
