Online say's zero $ for diagnosis but when I got there was told it was gonna be 60 which would go towards repair if we had it repaired if not then we lose 60$ . Thing is I was trying to get my sons Meta Quest 3 fixed and we knew what was wrong because it was telling us with a notification that the fan stopped working so it was overheating. So I just needed them to fix it!!! I got every excuse under the sun of why I shouldn't get it fixed, basically they talked themselves out of a sale?? But it all worked out because his dad took it apart and it was a very simple fix so I am glad they talked us out of getting it fixed with them. Which by the way they said 2 days to diagnose and 2 weeks to repair???? Crazy, took his dad all of 30 min to fix and another 30 to put back together! Ya'll hiring because I think you could use some help from someone who is willing to fix things!
Called the store to ask some questions and get a quote to fix my phone. Talked to the store manager Tobi. She was very helpful and knowledgable. I called again with some more questions and talked to another gal. Everyone seems so friendly and happy to be working there, i will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on for cleaning and servicing!

I had an issue with my Fitbit Charge, one side of the watch strap wouldn’t click on to the watch face because there was a small piece of plastic that was lodged in the connector. Since it’s an older model, I wasn’t sure where to go for help. I decided to try uBreakiFix, and I’m so glad I did! Aby was able to remove the small piece of plastic and the strap clicks on perfectly. It was a simple fix. Aby was friendly and professional throughout the visit and process. Highly recommend this location for their excellent service!
