Great experience! We have never had a broken screen in 24 years of service with our carrier. The appointment was easy to set, and everything went according to plan. The technician was informative while being friendly. I hope I never have to use them again...but would be at peace having them fix whatever we break.

The first store I called told me that they had the parts in stock to fix the cracked screen and back. When I arrived to the store (45 minute drive) I was told that they only had the screen, not the back. They called and sent me to this location (another 20 minute drive.) When I arrived the store had to check to make sure that they had the parts because the first store had quoted them the wrong model. Luckily, they did have the parts and were able to make the repairs successfully in about 2 hours. I was very happy with the service at this store. Ultimately the repair was done using the insurance with no issues and no additional costs to me. It works and looks great! Thanks Ian!

You’re very fortunate to have Ian on your team at You Break It We Fix It. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my phone and walked me through my repair options in a straightforward way that I could understand. When a warranty issue came up after my original repair, Ian handled it promptly and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It’s rare to find someone who combines great technical skill with excellent customer service, Ian definitely does both. Great experience, will recommend.

Great customer service , fast, amazing work done on my husband's samsung s23 ultra, my husband said he definitely recommends this place if your phone is cracked like his was from being smashed by our car battery
