Got to stand where one of my favorite creators stood. ^_^ Knowledgeable staff, great selection. 3d printi g section is smaller than ours in Kansas City, but the monitor selection seems so much better. Phoenix store feels smaller than ours but easier to navigate.
If you ever were around when Frys Electronics was here in AZ, this store may not be as big, but it has EVERYTHING you could think of IT related to build your own PC, server and even server rack mount APC battery backups! Bambu Labs and Crealty 3D Printers, various accessories for 3D Printing including an entire wall of filament. Mouse, keyboards, printers, cell phone accessories, MAC section, small-extra large PC cases, liquid and air coolers to build your own PC. Seems to be lots of younger folks working here, I actually helped a few customers only because the vast knowledge of IT and useless information I know. But hey, I didn’t mind. I like to help and educate! They even have corded phone cables! Feel like there’s expansion coming for the space still I guess “not finished”?, but will be heading back cause I need to buy my 3D Printer. Oh, I guess they price match any ad or site I was told? That’s HELPFUL!!!! Some stuff they have incredibly lower priced, few things I noticed bit higher, but I’m sure sales will kick in. Overall, extremely impressed and quite happy this store happened and I got the free USB and mug for going during the Grand Opening. I’ll be there in the coming days Micro Center!
For years I've been begging for a Micro Center to open up in the valley and finally that day has come! Great customer service overall and a plethora of items to choose from in the store. It's honestly nice to see products In person to help you make a better purchasing decision for PC parts in general. All in all, I'd highly recommend coming to this store for all your tech needs.
Made a visit for the VIP days before opening and was pleasantly surprised to see a good Electronics store back in AZ. They just open so the inside looks shiny and new. The staff is extremely excited to help and listen to customers looking for products. All the staff was either asking to help customers or nearby when customers looking a little lost. I quietly walked around the store to people watch and didnt feel pressured to buy anything at all. Im looking forward to buying my next generation video card here at msrp before the Ai market bubble pops.
I was there at 9:30a on opening day and even though the line wrapped around the back of the building it moved and I eventually made it into the store. I was impressed with their vast selection. There were scores of very helpful employees. I have to say a big thank you to Devin who helped me with finding a monitor and Fletcher the Cashier. I know it was a very stressful day for all the employees but they were all very professional and courteous. I'm glad Micro Center chose to open a store in Phoenix.
