Very pleased. I came in for a Crack in my screen and was told it was covered by my insurance. I didnt catch his name but the store manager will know who it was on 12/12/25 from 12pm to 330pm. He was very helpful and as of right now it seems great! Its so nice not to have that horrible Crack and chip spot cutting away at my skin.

Took my Samsung phone to uBreak iFix on Goliad & SE Military, that kept popping out the charging plug. The young man at the counter fixed it in 2 minutes flat, no charge. I'll definitely keep them in mind for all my tech issues.

So I came by today to get some help with my phone. I was instantly greeted by BRANDON. I explained what was happening and as I was explaining he was already working on solving my issue as I talked. As I am very technically challenged I asked some questions which he kindly answered and explained so I understood. He gave me options of better resolve and said if I couldn't figure it out again (he walked thru step by step how to) he'd be happy to help. Great place and customer service. Will be recommending and using again. Thank you Brandon

Very knowledgeable, fast, and professional. Our laptop hadn’t turned on for over a year. Another large chain store had just told us that one of the boards needed yo be replaced and it would cost more than half the cost of replacement. We decided to get a second opinion and within ten minutes of stopping in the unit was able to power. Technician found a loose ribbon cable. We left the laptop there for a full work over and it was ready the next day. We highly recommend taking your electronics here for repair.
