Madison was great! The repair was so pricey and we were going to look elsewhere before deciding, but she was so knowledgeable, we forked over the money. :). Very happy with my new screen and she even installed my new screen protector!

On January 7th2026, I went to UBREAKIFIX for a battery replacement on my Samsung S25 plus. Justin’s customer service and communication was top notch and my phone was repaired. The only complaint that I have is that at 3 pm I was told my phone was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my phone, I had to wait an extra hour to pick it up, this was no fault of the employees because there was a system issue. Other than that minor issue, I am very pleased with the service that I received from this store, and I will be coming here again if any other service needs arise.

Had a great experience! We had to wait for a battery to arrive but it was late December and the mail was running behind. Our repair was done pronto and well-done. A friend recommended this location and we will definitely be recommending them also.

The folks at the Madison office were very helpful & accommodating. I originally went to the location at Memorial Parkway. They told me even if they ordered the part I needed, it probably wouldn’t be shipped because your shipping department was bad at getting orders. The madison office had no trouble ordering the part. I feel like since my phone is older the Memorial Parkway workers didn’t want to work on my phone. They were very unhelpful
