Had issues with new phone was told to bring it here to have fixed under our warranty. Had to have a part ordered. Called in to see if part Had came in and was told yes. Couple days later (tonight 1-8-26 4pm) guy working has really bad attitude problems and refused to look us up by name in the system Update 6pm. Came back to pick up phone just to have this dude say they didn't have the part and will need to order it again. After I had called in a couple days prior and had it confirmed that the part was already there. We had it ordered over a week ago and now its going to be another week? We will go somewhere else. You need better communication between your customers and employees. Like ACTUALLY LOOKING PEOPLE UP IN YOUR SYSTEM.
I came back to this location because they replaced the screen on my S23 Ultra a little over a year ago for $310. The phone has been in a case the entire time and never dropped, but the back cover recently started separating — an obvious sign the adhesive wasn’t applied correctly during the original repair. Instead of actually inspecting it, the tech took one quick glance—maybe a second—and immediately blamed a “swollen battery.” The battery is completely flat. It was obvious he just defaulted to the most convenient excuse to avoid taking responsibility. When I pointed out that nothing was swollen, he changed the story and told me I could “just push it back together, it’ll be fine.” That is shockingly bad advice coming from a repair professional. Once a seal is compromised, no amount of “pushing it together” restores integrity; it only exposes the phone to moisture, dust, and eventual failure. Telling a customer that shows either a lack of basic technical knowledge or a willingness to give advice that could easily cause more damage down the line. Even though the issue was clearly caused by their original repair failing prematurely, they refused to offer any support without charging full price for parts and labor—simply because it was a couple of months past their one-year warranty. No accountability, no inspection, no willingness to stand behind their work. What bothered me most is how rehearsed the excuses felt. The instant jump to the swollen battery story, followed by careless “just push it together” advice, makes it seem like this is their routine way of dismissing customers rather than addressing legitimate workmanship problems. A customer who doesn’t know any better could follow that guidance and end up with a permanently damaged phone, only to be charged even more to fix the consequences. To top it off, I scheduled my original repair through the Samsung website, which makes this shop’s behavior reflect poorly on Samsung as well. Based on my experience, this business does not represent the level of service Samsung customers should expect. If you want your phone repaired correctly and want a business that stands behind its work, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.
Awesome service…my PC was worse than slow. To turn it on would take atleast 8 minutes if not more. Now, in three days, it is zooming and it only took a couple days…I am definitely going back and I am referring all of my friends and family to the store. I take my hat off to these guys and the service that they provided.
From start to finish they fixed my dead old IPad, perfectly and in less time than predicted. Very affordable and great service. Highly recommend these folks for your repair needs! Thank you again!
Don’t bother making an appointment. As per counter person: “I don’t control the website.” They do not care about that. You’ll be seen in a first come first serve order even if you make plans online ahead of time. Don’t expect this to be explained to you in store until you wait for your turn at the counter. Actually don’t expect this to be explained to you at all. Unless you ask. Don’t ask. You’ll just be wasting more of your day. Because if you make an appointment at the end of the day, your phone may will have to stay in the shop overnight when all the other people who didn’t make an appointment show up first. Or you can walk away with your broken phone like I did.
