Edit: I advise to steer clear of this shady business and the bot responses written entirely with AI. Do not trust a business that doesn't even take the time to read and respond to their own reviews. ORIGINAL REVIEW (01-23-26): Always look up repairing your phone online before giving them a dime! Really shady for a business to reply en mass to 8/9+ year old negative reviews defending themselves without addressing/knowing the individual issues they caused. Haven't thought of this business in years, but thanks for the reminder in replying to my many years old review. Makes me even less likely to give you a second shot when some random person does damage control without knowing the situation at the time. Also I have had good experiences at the 82nd Batteries+Bulbs.

Called to have an SSID controler on my ps5 tested, the person who answered the phone said he didn't know what that was, I asked if he was doing repairs and he said he was. No offense but if you don't know what basic components are, I'm definitely not paying for you to repair my electronics.

I have problem with my IPhone screen and the screen on cameras on the IPhone, this stuff was very nice and explaining me very clear about the problem with cameras on IPhone because I thought it was not the old screen broken which I forgot but the screen protector, I was so happy because I safe my money, as well as the fixed my IPhone costs chipper and so fast. I remember when my mom IPhone had problem with battery, they charged for new battery, it cost much chipper than if I would buy in Apple Store. I’m so thankful for helping me with FIXED my phone. 😁🙏💛

My experience was less than zero. I brought a computer in that was self built but was having problems. Ergo, I brought it in to the professionals. This was a complete Mistake. It took the 2 months to fix it. Then I get it back after paying them over 500 dollars and it is exactly as it was when I dropped it off. The owner did nothing for me. Do not bring anything but a phone into this dump. Looking forward to seeing each and every one of these ppl soon.

I’ve used services from this place twice in the last month or two. They have repaired my son’s PS5 and my daughter’s DS. Both times they’ve been fantastic. It’s taken a maximum of 2 days turn time for both. Very quick turn around time and super friendly and communication is superb. Thank you so much! I will continue to take my gadgets here!
