Steve responded to my request quickly and we set up an appointment in just a couple of days. Steve arrived at my home right on time and got to work transferring all of the contents of my 11 year old computer to the new one. The transfer was tricky, but Steve was able to configure my new computer to look and work very similarly to my old one. There is no way I could have made the transfer. It was great to have a pro handle the task. Steve was great!
