I have never been more happy With my insurance service. My service tech was so professional and very personable. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. My service tech had a kindness that radiated from him that makes any person you’re welcome. Thank you.

phenomenal service, everyone was incredibly kind, understanding and keen to listen, they got my screen fixed in just under an hour (I'm sure it would've been even faster if they didn't have other customers to tend to). I was offered a number of other products and services that they provide, and while I declined these they weren't pushy at all and didn't make me feel stupid about it. all around great place and great people; if you need tech items repaired I highly recommend this place!!! :)))))

My screen was broken and not working and I need my phone for work. The Ward Parkway location was the only one with my phone's screen in stock and I'm glad it was because Robb and Loren were amazing! Robb was extremely kind, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. Loren was very accommodating and quick, he was able to get my phone fixed for me in less than 2 hours (quoted 2-5 hours). I would still be out there waiting if it wasn't for them going above and beyond. I'd definitely drive the 40 mins down to their location again just for their amazing service and great personalities. They both need raises/bonuses. Thank you both so much!

The folks here are kind, friendly, and understanding. Anthony did my laptop repair, and he absolutely went above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable and told me exactly what to expect. When the preliminary fix didn’t work, he was happy to hear my input and communicate to discuss potential alternative solutions. Overall I am really amazed by the quality of people here and would absolutely recommend as a place for people of ALL levels of tech knowledge, where you can go to find people that will really listen to you and do far more than the bare minimum when it comes to repairs.

I went into our local store first thing this morning and Robb talked with me as I reviewed a problem with my elderly father’s phone. He affirmed that I was doing the right thing and suggested a complete factory reset before taking it to ATT or for sending in for service. He was respectful and treated me like an intelligent person, which may not always be a given in the tech industry these days. I’ve had several screen and insured repairs done here over time and have always appreciated the straightforward respectful interchange I’ve had with them. Robb was awesome today!
