I cannot thank The Electronic Company enough for the incredible service I received this morning. I came in with a rather unusual request—helping to fix the motherboard of a jellyfish tank. I use this tank in my classroom for sensory regulation. The team went above and beyond, not only listening to my needs but also contacting me in under three hours to let me know the repair was done, and I could pick it up the same day. Their professionalism, speed, and dedication to helping teachers like me made all the difference. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of expert service. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and efficiency, and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Took a yamaha turntable in for repair that wouldn’t power on. Charged a significant amount but wouldn’t guarantee their work. Brought home and still won’t power up. They should have told me it was not repairable. Feel like I was taken advantage of.

Electronic Center has worked on several vintage stereo items for me, most recently a relatively rare Concept receiver. A+ customer service and competent technicians. They get the job done on schedule and work to make sure the customer is satisfied.
