I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I brought in my Galaxy S25 Ultra for a known hardware issue (vibrating/shivering OIS camera) covered under the manufacturer warranty. Not only did they keep my device for two days without resolving the issue, but they also failed to perform the necessary Samsung calibration required for this specific repair. To make matters worse, they provided no paperwork or documentation of the work attempted, leaving me with no records for my warranty claim. I eventually had to take my phone to a different authorized provider who fixed it correctly in a matter of hours. This location was a complete waste of time and lacked the technical competence to handle a flagship repair. I do not recommend this shop for Samsung warranty work.
The employee was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My husband and I came in separately about a week apart with the same issue, yet the difference in treatment was impossible to ignore. My husband was immediately helped and sold a product with multiple applications, while I was brushed off, told to go elsewhere, and treated like a complete inconvenience. The inconsistency, lack of basic respect, and overall attitude were unacceptable. If providing customer service was such a burden, I’m more than happy to take my business—and all future referrals—somewhere that actually values its customers. This establishment does not deserve anyone’s time or money. There used to be a nicer person infront then after she wasn’t here her name I don’t remember but started with an L but she shad the best attitude and wouldn’t give a ugly far and rude attitude Like the ones that were there
Had some pretty serious repairs needed to be done thru an ATT insurance claim. After a few issues with my charging port, my Android is brand new! Thanks to Diablo for being so awesome
I HIGHLY recommend them had an older iPhone 6s and the screen went out completely black I use to live close to the shop and used them before but moved west so after trying 3 repair shops including Apple everyone told me phone could not be fixed and all my info could not be transferred over to another phone WHAT my life, business all on there. I was not giving up so I called uBreakiFix and explained what’s going they said they would be able to transfer everything over to a new phone long as it had more GB. WOW can’t say GREAT enough customer service from the front team members to BO the manager. They DID what they promised. Thanks sooo much uBreakiFix on Stephanie my experience was above and beyond! Highly recommend them!
My phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) stopped charging through the USB port and would not connect to apple car play in my truck. I had resigned to spending $1,200 and upgrading my phone despite not wanting to because I love this phone. I found this business, met with a technician named Diabo. He was able to completely repair my phone and replace the charging port for less than $155.00. This is amazing and Diabo did a great job repairing my phone. I am thankful for this place.
