Do not bring your phone here unless you never want to get it back. I brought my phone to be fixed in July 2025. They contacted me to pick it up after several weeks of waiting and informed me it was not fixable. I came to pick it up in August and the employee said give us another chance to fix it. I hesitated to leave my phone again but the employee was convincing that he would have his lead guy look at it. I gave them two weeks to fix it and came back to pick it up in September. The employee at the register could not find my phone. I explained to him what happened and he had no receipt or documentation of my previous encounters. He told me that he would have his manager reach out to me. I waited a few days then contacted the manager on my own. He said they couldn’t locate my phone and didn’t have record of it being donated. I have no idea how they just lost my phone or donated it and never contacted me. Terrible service all around and poor communication. I do not recommend ever bringing your phone here to be fixed. I feel that I should be compensated for this loss. They never offered an apology or explanation. This is not how one operates a business and corporate will be notified.

Scheduled ahead to remove a swollen battery from an old phone - they safely took it out in just a few minutes! Great service. Lovely people. Have been here a few times and always had a positive experience and would highly recommend!

My phone was not charging and in less than 5 minutes they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me. It turned out to be something really simple so they didn't even charge me. Super honest! I definitely recommend this store.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman who either owns it or was working there was really helpful. My phone was being whacked out and stopped working. I came there at 10:30 in the morning the day before Thanksgiving and I asked him if he could get it fixed before the holiday because otherwise I would not have it for a few days obviously. He was really accommodating and he said no problem I got you and then I picked my phone up the same day at 5 o’clock. I’ve also brought my phone and an iPad here some other times and always been very happy with the level of service that I’ve gotten.

I do not think I could be disappointed again at this place. After getting my laptop back unrepaired as requested since I'll be leaving town. It came back with a bag of screws taped to the side. When I inquired the receptionist, he said "This is just how it came in." When I asked him why the screws are on the side, when I brought it in fully intact, he said it was because the folks at the repair facility had requested the screws to be kept on side. When I asked how not screwing back the screws could possibly damage the already broken hinge, he couldn't give me a reason. After asking again, he said he'll have the technician screw them in. Ten minutes pass by, he comes back saying that they couldn't put the screw in. I asked how that would be possible. He went back to technician and ten minutes later handed me my laptop with all the screwed in place. This is an update from a few days later. I realized after the trip that the laptop is more damaged than when it came in. Before it was just a broken hinge but now the entire laptop won't turn on unless it's plugged in. I've wasted so much time with this place only to be lied to and disappointed again and again. The custom service is absolutely atrocious. If you have a broken laptop, take it to another repair location. Do not come here. I was told I would be able to get my computer in two days while waiting for the parts to arrive and would be notified accordingly. Never received an update. When I called their store, I was told it has already been sent to a repair facility and would be delivered in one and half to two weeks. It’s been almost two weeks at this point. Called again and was told parts were only ordered two days ago and the repair would take another week. They try to justify the repair time by telling me the timeline they gave me only starts a week after I had brough the device in after it arrives a the repair facility and was reexamined. It takes them a week to examine my laptop and tell me there's nothing wrong except for the visibly broken hinge? They also never update you unless you call them. I've received zero updates between when I sent my device in and went to pick it up. The only reason I found out it had arrived was because I called the store during the afternoon when I've been told again and again they'll update me when my device arrives. Absolutely ridiculous.
