Fun gym, I just hope they change their routes a tad bit more than once every 2-3 months.

Excellent climbing gym, the people here are very friendly. Good set of climbing grades too, serving everyone from a total beginner to an expert.

Routes are fun if you can figure out what they are. Holds are so worn/covered in chalk it's hard to tell their colors and tags are missing on most. Make sure to call before you go every time, they don't update hours online and close early without warning. I would recommend ponying up the extra cash it takes for membership to a nicer gym.

Great sense of community. Interesting routes. The size is limiting but you can tell us they had more room they would be a top notch gym. They work well with the space they're provided and we hope to see it expand. If the climbing area was bigger we would definitely become UCSD rec members because the other amenities like the gym and pool are awesome
