I have started going there for the past couple of months to shed some weight and feel strong again after having two children. It has been a really great and positive experience. I have mostly worked with a trainer named Sarah. She is positive yet pushes you to your limit in order to get the best results and feel the best version of yourself. Anytime I was having difficulty with anything she would touch base and reach out to see how we could navigate the issue as well as hold me accountable. I can’t say enough good things about her and how amazing it has been to work with Sarah. I have also worked with a two other trainers who have been just as encouraging and helpful in my journey to meet my goals. Overall it has been a really positive experience.
