I started my journey at UP St Paul’s in April 2025 with Jester and had nothing short of an amazing experience. My physical and mental health have dramatically improved and I feel so much stronger and more confident. Also, my general relationship with food and exercise have changed in such a positive way, and I have completed races and challenges I never thought would be possible to achieve (HYROX, triathlons, etc). And all of this is thanks to Jester; he pushes me to be the best I can be in and out of the gym and has helped and supported me so much from day 1. He has a strict no nonsense attitude and is so focused on posture and technique but he is also so nice and funny. I could honestly go into UP feeling down, tired and negative and he would literally change my mood completely and I would come out of there feeling a different person. I am so grateful to him and the UP team for the life changing help they’ve given me 💪❤️

I am currently undertaking a 16-week program with UP, and honestly, so far it's been an amazing experience! I came from a different gym offering transformations nearby and it was a disappointing experience, but from day one my experience at UP has been great, my only regret is not having joined UP earlier, I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to invest in themselves and achieve a healthy lifestyle. The program has given me exactly what I was missing at my last gym—structure, incredible support, and the right knowledge to really progress my training and work towards weight loss goals. The gym itself is a great space, and my trainer has been exceptional. He is really knowledgeable and helps me learn more about the different exercises he has planned for the session.
