I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the alterations specialist at Ultra Stitch. I originally came in hoping to have my mom’s 25-year-old wedding dress altered into a bridal shower dress for myself. After calling several professional bridal gown restoration companies and being quoted insane prices—with zero guarantees of real results—I had basically accepted that we’d need to cut away the stained portions and start fresh. But when I brought the dress in, he paused and asked if he could try to clean it first… for just a fraction of what everyone else quoted. I agreed, not expecting much. When I came back to pick it up, I was completely speechless. The dress was PERFECT. Every single stain—25 years of oxidizing and dirt—completely gone. It looked like it had been preserved in time. My mom was so overwhelmed seeing her dress restored that she actually cried. On top of the incredible work, his professionalism is unmatched. He quoted me March 30th and called me on the exact day—no delays, no excuses. Just reliable, honest, and truly skilled craftsmanship. He is punctual, talented, and clearly takes so much pride in what he does. I will absolutely be trusting him with all of my bridal looks moving forward. I cannot recommend him enough!

This was the best alteration service! He was so nice. I had dress that was too small around the ribs, and he did a beautiful corset back to give me more room! Loved my experience and the work of the dress.
