Took my PS5 in a few months back due to overheating. Been fine since launch but seems to be a common issue cropping up at the moment. Dropped my PS5 off with Matthew, had a lovely walk with the dog around the nearby Country park, and then picked my PS5 back up around an hour later. Had no problems since and the repair cost was very well priced. Would recommend
