Me and my kids have a lot of fun at this place but there are a few things that need to change. The bathrooms are in really poor condition and dirty. Also the guns and vests often dont shot or work properly making people to stop to change gear meaning that you loose play time. Management needs to invest some money to make this place better.

Ultrazone is a great place for laser tag if you want short games. I came for a family member’s birthday, and there was a cool arcade that we played out while waiting. It offered claw-grabbers, ticket machines, and even a fun deal or no deal. The party room was upstairs and was pretty good and big. Then there was the laser tag room, which was so fun. I got on a tea, with both my cousins and we destroyed everyone. The games don’t last too long though, but there were two. Very fun, definitely coming back!

Came here yesterday. We were assisted by one of the females. She was great. They were busy but I appreciated her honesty and letting us know we would wait 10-20 minutes. ( I dislike when staff tells you it will be 5-10 minutes when in reality it is not). We were perfectly fine with waiting especially after seeing what I’m assuming is her boss giving her a hard time, even though they seemed to be doing the best they could with the resources they had available. If this man is the boss, he should be a bit kinder, they seemed to know what they were doing. The five starts is for the female and her great customer service, she is a trooper.

Came here and bought the all-day pass for my son. We hung out the entire afternoon with family and friends. Wasn't crowded, and the atmosphere was quaint (small) and friendly. The owner was extremely nice and gave us snacks for leftover tickets. Small place but extremely friendly and great value for money.

Emma the assistant manager goes above and beyond with her customer service! If management is reading this, please give her a raise! By far one of the most helpful persons there. I would recommend this place for the family. A good equipment up grade is recomended because the quality of our experience is effected dearly. Emma makes it worth the risk of laser tagging with a bad or defective gun. We have been coming here for some years now but have noticed a significant improvement under Emma. Do to that, we will continue to bring our large party to this laser tag. Thanks. Great Job Emma, and thank you for the help you provide to us and other families that I have seen you help!
