Very excited to visit the store, came to visit family from out of town, very disappointed once I actually made the drive to come check it out, would not recommend

Not actually accessible despite it being labeled as such. The walkways are super tight and covered in glass and other fragile items. Also so overpriced but that’s a lesser issue to them being able to have an accessible label.

Awesome shop, the owners can be a bit gruff though.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store today, Sunday at around 1:40pm. I visited for the first time with a friend, and almost immediately, we felt we were being followed by the staff. Even though there were plenty of other customers, it seemed like we were constantly being watched and bothered. While I was looking at a VS bag I wanted, my friend was holding it for me when a worker with black hair and piercings snatched it out of their hand and said, "I'll take this up front for you," giving us a dirty look. She didn't ask if that was okay, even though I was still looking and considering the item. It felt like she assumed we were going to leave without paying, which is completely unfounded. After she did that we continued to shop, but felt more uncomfortable because another worker with blonde hair started following us. I'm not sure if this treatment was racial profiling or something else, but it was unacceptable. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning. Save your money.
