Rose is incredible! Often seasoned stylists have a hard time cutting my hair. Rose asks informed questions and makes sure I get exactly what I'm looking for. I have walked away each time loving my hair! The salon over all seems to do quality work as well.

I’ve gone here multiple times and have had such a wonderful experience every time. Specifically I’ve gotten my hair colored and permed (different sessions) by Sheyna and she is so patient and so detailed in her work she will do whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy! Her team is so supportive and Sheyna is so skilled and passionate about what she does I highly recommend her💕

After three visits and over 9 hours, I did not receive the hair color or haircut that was agreed upon. I am 2.5 months postpartum, breastfeeding, and this appointment was meant to be my first self-care experience for my 40th birthday after nearly a year without having my hair done. I brought reference photos for both color and cut. At each visit, the stylist — and later the owner — reviewed the photos and confirmed the goal was achievable. Despite this: • The first visit resulted in the opposite color and an uneven, choppy cut • The second visit was rushed due to another client, and my hair was toned so dark that no highlights were visible • The third visit required three toning attempts, after which I was told the look was unachievable — something that was never communicated at the start The final haircut includes shorter, uneven layers that are difficult to style. The most concerning part of the experience was being told by the owner to “come back when I was done being hormonal” while I was visibly upset and postpartum. Although she stated this was meant “kindly,” it was inappropriate and unprofessional. The distress occurred only after the appointment extended far beyond the expected time and I became physically uncomfortable. Multiple attempts were made, but the service ultimately failed to deliver what was promised. A discount and gift bag were offered, but I will not return or recommend this salon. My hair turned out amazing!!! Booked with Genevieve and she is so kind and did an incredible job! The staff were amazing and made me feel so welcome. My hair is long, curly, and very thick. Genevieve is so talented and knew exactly how to treat it and colored it beautifully! I love how my hair turned out and will absolutely be going back and would recommend anyone to go there.

Panic booked a color correction, was placed with the absolutely lovely Sheyna. My hair was a hot MESS when I entered the salon and GORGEOUS when I walked out. Sheyna's attention to detail, and willingness to take her time and do it right, made for an amazing end product. Will be returning
