I have been coming to this dental office my entire life (I am 31 now). They are AMAZING people a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a dentist who is gentle and cares, come to Dr. Pal. She will take care of you and truly cares about your needs. She referred me to get a root canal done, which ended in a bad experience, and she kept checking up on me and their entire office was very compassionate about the situation. I will continue to come here for years to come.

Amazing! I will never go to another dentist. At the time, I was a freshman in college who had no car to get around the city. My toothache hurt so bad though, so I finally caved and went to the dentist (was not a huge fan of the dentist). Dr. Pal ended up having to start a root canal that day, but she was so kind and caring and made sure that I understood everything that was happening. I ended up needing to transfer to an oral surgeon immediately (never put the dentist off until the last minute!) but one of the very sweet and kind dental assistants knew I didn't drive. After asking for bus directions, she insisted on driving me to the oral surgeon herself. To this day, that is the most generous thing a stranger has every done for me. Extremely grateful for this place and their wonderful staff. I no longer dread going to the dentist. I highly recommend to everyone!!

I've been going to this dental office every 6 months for almost 30 years. Dr. Pal, who took over the practice a few years back, is wonderful. She and her staff are all very friendly and caring people. They get to know each of their patients personally, and provide great service. Their office is clean and inviting, and they always get me in within a few minutes of my appointment time. My family and I will be lifelong patients. Whenever someone I know is looking for a dentist, I always recommend her office.

The staff here were super friendly. They got me signed in and on a chair with no time to spare. They knew how bad my wisdom teeth hurt and so Dr. Pal was back there quickly as well to do her assessment. The amazing staff were able to refer me to an oral surgeon within a moments notice, made the appointment for me, and my wisdom teeth were being taken care of within an hour tops. Dr. Pal didn't give me the run around and was straightforward with me about my issue and that's what I loved and needed that morning. Thanks Union Avenue Dental Center. You guys were so awesome
