I'm new to Bristol, this place was close by to where I'm staying, I decided to take a chance since the reviews showed it to be a good business and I really needed a haircut. Chris cut my hair and I have to say I'm really pleased with what I got, very professional service. As a business owner myself it was nice to be reminded that it's the little things that make the customer experience. Chris was cool with cutting my hair without making conversation which I much prefer (I'm not very good at small talk 😂) but I could tell if I wanted to chat away then he would also be fine with that too, he also asked me my preferences during the haircut, he communicated with me loud and clear (super important), was patient when I was making decisions and finally when my haircut was finished he didn't pressure me to buy any additional hair products because we both recognised I didn't really need it, I do sales in my professional life so I was pleased with this because it's really easy to make customers feel uncomfortable if you try to sell a solution to a problem you know they don't have. I'm overall happy with my experience and to support a local business I've decided to take some time to write a review. Will visit again if I'm in Bristol next time I need a haircut.

The owner was lovely, I had a skin fade and a beard shape up / trim and it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had for a long time, I don’t live in Bristol but I will definitely return here when I come back, highly recommend Millie the owner knows what she’s doing and is super friendly and welcoming.
