Unique Builders did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Ronen guided us from start to finish with a clear plan and great communication; including entertaining many late-night texts with timely replies. Eddie and Olyn’s crews delivered quality work and kept everything moving smoothly. Remodels can be stressful, but with Unique and Ronen we always felt in good hands. We’re thrilled with the final result and will absolutely use them again.

We recently hired Unique Builder's & Development to take on a major exterior repair of our home, and the experience was excellent. Our project was a sizable one. The work totaled more than $45,000 and involved extensive carpentry, the removal and replacement of all exterior wood trim with hardy material, repairs to worn siding and doors, and a full exterior paint job with careful caulking and sealing. They also painted our garage and cabinetry. The job took about four to five weeks, and the crew stayed on schedule. Brandon Moeckel was our main Project Manager, and he made the whole process easier. He was fair, clear, and willing to help in every step. Several repairs came up that were not fully defined in the contract, and he still agreed to take care of them without hesitation. His flexibility and willingness to go beyond the original scope set him apart. Josue worked closely with him and checked on the work throughout the project. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself, and the professionalism of the team made a demanding project feel manageable. We are very satisfied and would recommend Unique Builder's & Development for their projects.

This summer I was blessed to finally renovate my home with the help of Unique builders and Brandon was my project manager. I want to thank Brandon, Alex, Ricardo and all the Unique builder staff for bringing my dream home to life. I love my new home. Through ups and down, Brandon was patient, attentive and kind. They recreated my kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, bedroom, closets and windows with precision. I really appreciate the care and professionalism displayed throughout the project. We used Unique Builders to remodel our kitchen and to update our living room space. Ronen was our project manager and I can't say enough about how happy we are with the outcome. Ronen gave me great design options and listened to any input I had, he also communicated every detail so well that I knew what to expect every step of the way. The crew working in the house were very professional and polite and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. We ended up adding more scope to the remodel because we loved the quality of the work so much and plan on using them again for any future remodels. Ronen has an exceptional eye for design and is calm under pressure, but most importantly, his sense of integrity to do his job to the best of his ability is priceless. Highly recommend!

I am enjoying my remodelled kitchen and everyone that sees it says that it is a beautiful kitchen. Unique Builders delivered on time and on budget, and accommodated a few additional requests. The crew was always on time and kept it's promises. The project coordinator was effective and helpful at every stage, similarly, the designer provided excellent advise from the start, understanding our vision. Special thanks to Eddie, who really is an awesome leader of his team and makes things magically happen. You should definitely consider Unique B&D for your next project.
