Very accommodating and forgiving. I made the grave mistake of renting the wrong piece of equipment, I needed a 60' articulating boom lift but rented a 40' ft scissor lift. Smh. I know, I know, big mistake. But the crew at united rentals were able to get me the correct piece of equipment ON THE SAME DAY!!! Thank you so much Abraham and the amazing dispatcher ( I didn't get their name). Thank you, thank you!!

Called in, price shopping vs. Lowe's and Home Depot. Got immediate response and info after on-hold for 20 minutes with a competitor. Decided on United Rentals. Rented a 3500 psi power washer. Took 15 min to fill out paperwork, get loaded and out. Machine worked flawlessly, almost continuously from 11:30am to 6:30pm. Stopped and started multiple times with ease. Never a worry of failure. Burned 3 tanks of gas. Would have the confidence to rent other equipment.
