Had a tire failure on a relatively new car. Needed one tire of the exact same make, model, etc. In searching for replacement I happened onto the United Tire website. Their inventory is huge. But entering the tire description by info molded into my tire, United Tire quickly offered exactly what I needed and at very fair price. I ordered it and it was quickly shipped. Until the tire arrived I was a little anxious about what I would receive. I need not have been concerned. The tires exactly as represented in all respects. Communication was excellent. I most definitely was completely satisfied with the entire experience and will look to United Tire next time I need tires.
A family member referred me to United Tires and I'm very happy with my experience: -Quick Shipping -Great customer service - I put the address in wrong and gave them a call. I immediately reached a person and they fixed it quickly. -Competitive pricing. -Quality of tires was great and as promised. I just had them mounted today and they ride smoothly.
It was nice to find a tire that matched the set on my truck. The tire is great! The price was great as well. They kept me informed about the shipping and location of the tire on its way to me. I will recommend this company to friends as much as possible. Thanks !
Horrible experience and communication. Damaging my Rims and lying about it . After I proved to them they refund me $40 and they take a revenge and damaged my tire sensor which cost more than they refund and lying about it saying they didn’t do it and i have every proof so I spoke to the manager and he handled the problem not professionally after all he admitted and he told me to come and fix it, but I refused because I don’t trust this place anymore they can damage more parts than they fix. I recommend everybody to be watched their cars and take a picture and evidence.
CAUTION DANGER! United Tires is not repairing their used tires correctly. 2 Tires with punctures only had patches on the inside without any plug in the puncture hole. As a result Discount Tire (AKA America's Tire) refused to mount them. The US Tire Manufacturer's Association even specifically states in their tire repair manual "A plug by itself or a patch by itself is an unacceptable repair." I brought this up to customer service and went back and forth with them as they ignored my concern. They didn't care at all about the lack of safety and instead just wanted to make the problem disappear by offering me a $15 partial refund even though I didn't care about the $ at all. They refused to repair the punctures correctly or exchange the tires for non punctured ones. They just wanted to sweep the issue under the rug basically. Tires are no joke, this is a major safety issue and it's wild that in 2025 a company is purposefully scrimping on safety and opening up such a big liability for themselves (we're talking pennies here since tire plugs and patches come as a 1-piece ready-to-install unit nowadays.) Buyer Beware! Oh also, my tires had less tread than they advertised on their site so make sure you buy a tire tread depth gauge and check them for yourself.
